You may 'left-click' on the title heading or on the 'Download Podcast' link to start playing the podcast with the media player your system is configured to play MP3 files. Please note that depending on your internet connection speed, it may take a few seconds before the file starts playing.

Your other option is to 'right-click' on either the title heading or the 'Download Podcast' link and select the 'Save Target As...' menu item to download the MP3 file to your computer. Once the file has been downloaded to your computer, you can listen to it on your computer, copy it to an MP3 player or burn it to a CD. Let us know if you experience any problems.
